Skimmer are one of the longest running and most established UK pop punk bands, starting back in 1993, when Terry and Kevin (The Sect) teamed up with Adam and Andy Dickinson. They've played anywhere and everywhere over the years, and have toured and played with the likes of Nofx, The Queers, Jawbreaker, Teen Idols, Snuff, Rocket From The Crypt and Bouncing Souls, as well as many other top British, American and Japanese bands. "I'll Tell You What" has been much delayed due to various factors including the tragic death of Andy Dickinson in 2004. The band were still coming to terms with what had happened when we were asked to do a John Peel session for Radio 1. Tragically, John died only 4 days after the session was recorded.
